To help increase your physical activity level on our campus, the 体育菠菜大平台 Employee Health & Wellness Program has developed several campus walking maps–both outdoor and indoor.

Note: 2,000 steps = 1 mile

Outdoor Walking Paths Around Campus

• Half Mile Paths
• 1 Mile Path
• 1.5 Mile Path
• 2 Mile Path

Indoor Walking Paths

• Health and Sports Center
  • Upper Level – 8.5 Laps = 1 Mile
• Cushing Field House
  • Lane 1 (Inside Lane) – 10 Laps = 1 Mile
  • Land 6 (Outside Lane) – 8.5 Laps = 1 Mile
• College of Education Bldg (1 Mile)
• Upper Level Warner Hall (1 Mile)
